Terry Storms – Chief Executive Officer
After completing his graduate degree from the University of Washington, Terry started out his career in the computer science and graphics industry. But after a few years, he was able to blend his knowledge and passion within the print production and sales world. Terry worked his way through the ranks within McCallum Print Group and became president and owner in 2000. He has led major initiatives through the years that have resulted in award-winning print and packaging campaigns for a variety of clients including Adobe, Starbucks and Boeing.
As Chief Executive Officer of DCG ONE, Terry leads the entire organization and is responsible for developing the overall roadmap for new production technologies, infrastructure and client development.
He’s the CEO, but he’s also one of the most approachable people you’ll ever meet – always trying to make the environment a positive place for the team, which ultimately leads to a better end product for customers. When not spending time with his team, Terry is active in several national professional associations including the American Marketing Association (AMA) and the National Association for Printing Leadership (NAPL). And when not fine-tuning production and marketing challenges, he loves to spend time in the air traveling with his family or behind the wheel going a little too fast.
Brad Clarke - President
After graduating from the University of Washington and starting a promising career in radio ad sales, Brad realized that while he appreciated free concert tickets, he had more to offer the business world. So upon moving back to his home town of Seattle, he took on a sales role at McCallum Print Group and through the years, Brad’s forward-thinking and ability to master marketing + technical + production challenges has allowed him to help grow the organization into the world-class operation that it is today.
As president of DCG ONE, Brad’s primary responsibility is to work with clients to develop strategic solutions for their marketing challenges through a variety of channels including digital print, custom packaging and emerging marketing technologies and platforms.
While he never stops thinking about creative solutions for clients, when he’s finally able to peel his phone away from his hand and turn off email, Brad likes to head for the water, fire up the engines on his boat and set sail with his wife and two daughters exploring the Puget Sound.
Tammy Peniston – Chief Commercial Officer
When a “y’all” slips on occasion or the famed TCU Horned Frogs are mentioned, it’s easy to spot that Tammy is a product of Texas. While Dallas had many career opportunities, Tammy ventured to the North to Seattle after starting on the agency-side in her home state. After working through a variety of direct marketing campaigns for clients, she realized she was most passionate about the analytical world of direct marketing. She’s pushed those limits for clients over the past 25 years by building Mailhandlers, a successful direct mail, database, CRM and fulfillment provider.
As Chief Commercial Officer for DCG ONE, Tammy is responsible for defining and delivering a positive customer experience, developing and shaping new business and overseeing major accounts for the organization.
While not delving through contracts or helping the team craft business solution for customers, Tammy dedicates time as a member of Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO) and is a member of the Association of Marketing Service Providers (AMSP). And when she’s able to sneak away from work, she enjoys traveling internationally, fine food & wine, all ideally with her husband and two sons.
