Compliment a traditional printed guide with an immersive digital experience
For the past several years, Exclusive Resorts has produced an annual printed Journey Guide for members featuring once in a lifetime travel experiences available to club members. As the number of trips and destinations grew, so did the printed guide. Eventually, there was a need to reign in the budget, but still get their affluent members excited about the upcoming travel opportunities.
Exclusive Resorts partnered with DCG ONE to develop a fully responsive online experience that brought the Journey program to life. Through the use of rapid-prototyping, the Exclusive Resorts marketing team was able to fully review the experience as it was being developed in a simulated environment. The new digital guide, now featuring video, image galleries, and in-depth trip information has delivered a more user-friendly experience than the printed guide was able to provide for these demanding club members.
